North Coast Food Trail

Those who follow the North Coast Food Trail find a bevy of delights for the senses, and best of all, the self-guided tour allows followers to choose their own foodie adventures. The Trail begins in Astoria, meanders south to Seaside and Cannon Beach, then journeys throughout the Tillamook Bay area, ending in Neskowin.

Destination options include farmers markets, bakeries, artisan food shops, and fine dining at restaurants. Looking for local imbibements? There are more than a dozen wineries, distilleries, ciderworks, and breweries along the trail. Like farms and seafood? The Trail maps opportunities where you can get it fresh from the farm or the dock.

Tour-goers who want to learn more about food and how to prepare it themselves can take a class from a cooking school in Cannon Beach, then enjoy their own creations. Or book a spot on a charter boat and catch fish from the ocean.

Tours can be tailored for personal taste (sample cheeses, oysters, or tea), by location, or activity level. More details, including an online map and a downloadable brochure are available on the North Coast Food Trail website.
