Just in time for the holidays, Restaurant O is offering a “Virtual Wine Dinner” on Saturday, December 5. Coos Bay’s restaurant is known for its multi-course fine dining, but now residents can still have the experience–from the comfort and safety of home. The four-course dinner is offered in “phases”–antipasti, starter, entree, and dessert–that pair with a particular wine from Napa Valley winery, Silver Oak. The interactive wine dinner includes a Zoom session with the winemaker and chef Eoghain O’Neill.
Restaurant O’s co-owner and chef Eoghain O’Neill has worked in 3-star Michelin restaurants in Europe and operated his own Michelin-rated restaurant in Italy.

Also coming up is the Liberty Theatre’s online “Best of Christmas Opry,” available for viewing December 4-6. To celebrate, Restaurant O is offering a 3-course take-out dinner to go with the annual holiday show. The dinner includes starter, entree, and dessert with several options:
Starter: Tuscan bean soup, prawns cocktail, or salad with shaved brussel sprouts, pecans, apples & cherry tomatoes, Caesar dressing.
Entree: Stuffed pork loin with apples & cranberries, parma ham wrap & seasonal vegetables or
Turkey parmigiana, caramelized bacon & brussel sprouts, rainbow potatoes or
Pumpkin & parmesan risotto
Dessert: Tiramisu, apple crumble with creme anglaise, or sticky date pudding
The first 50 orders on December 4-6, 2020 ordered in conjunction with The Liberty Theatre’s Best of Christmas Opry show will receive $10 off the 3-course dinner (plus 20% gratuity post-discount).
If you miss the show but still want to celebrate the holidays with a special dinner, the 3-course pre-theatre menu will be available for $35 for the entire month of December.
