And Back to the Events. . .

Oregon Coast Magazine online is excited to re-introduce readers to our Calendar of Events page. Normally, events are a big part of the Oregon Coast experience. Sadly, the pandemic largely put an end to that, albeit temporarily. Now, the events are back, both in life and on our webpage! There are fairs and concerts and festivals. Art, food, flowers, kites, birds, and more are celebrated in abundance.

Back is Astoria’s beloved Crab, Seafood, and Wine Festival in late April. Back is Coos Bay’s delicious and fabulous Blackberry Arts Festival in late August. Back is Cannon Beach’s Sandcastle Contest—in person! Florence’s Rhody Festival returns in May and Waldport’s Beachcomber Days is set for mid-June. The Cape Blanco Lighthouse and Port Orford Lighthouse Station are open for tourists this summer as well.

Readers will find Oregon Coast events listed under North, Central, and South regions and organized by city and date. Be sure to look for periodic updates, especially additions of more events this fall. If you’re looking for events in Northern California or along Washington’s Long Beach Peninsula, we’ve got those too, just scroll down to the bottom of the events page. See what fun is planned this spring and summer on the Coast by clicking on the Calendar of Events tab on our homepage, or click here.
